Delivery areas
We deliver within Amman and to the other governorates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

- Inside Amman: 3 JOD
- Outside Amman: 6 JOD
- Delivery is free for orders of 150 JOD or more.
The delivery fee is shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery time
Inside Amman within [Fill in: working days, e.g. 1–2] working days, and outside Amman within [Fill in: working days, e.g. 2–4] working days, counted from when we confirm your order by phone. Orders received on public holidays are prepared on the next working day.
Order confirmation
After we receive your order we will call the phone number you entered to confirm the order and address before dispatch. If we cannot reach you after several attempts, we may have to cancel the order.
Cash on delivery
Payment is in cash, in Jordanian Dinars, when you receive your order. Please have the amount ready. You may inspect the products in front of the courier before paying.
Large and heavy items
Some products (such as building materials and bulky items) may need special delivery arrangements or an extra fee. We will tell you when we call to confirm your order, before dispatch.

If nobody is available to receive the order at the agreed time, our team will contact you to arrange a new time.
