Returns & Exchanges

Check your order on delivery

Please inspect the products in front of the courier before paying. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within [Fill in: hours, e.g. 48] hours of delivery, with photos, on WhatsApp or at +962 79 554 3416. We will replace it or give you a full refund, including the delivery fee.

Return and exchange period

You can return or exchange a product within [Fill in: days, e.g. 7] days of delivery, as long as it is:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• In its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
• Accompanied by the invoice or order number.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items cut or sold by the metre to your request (such as cables, hoses and pipes).
• Paints mixed or tinted to a requested colour.
• Consumables once opened (such as adhesives and silicone).
• Products damaged by misuse or incorrect installation.
• Special orders brought in specifically for the customer.

Warranty

Power tools, pumps and some equipment are covered by the manufacturer's or agent's warranty under its own terms. Keep your invoice and contact us, and we will help you with the warranty process.

How to return an item

• Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone at +962 79 554 3416 with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Bring the item to our store at Industry St., Amman — Jordan, or arrange a pickup with us (a delivery fee may apply).

Refunds

Once we have inspected the returned item and confirmed it meets these conditions, we refund you in cash at the store or by bank transfer / CliQ within [Fill in: days, e.g. 7] days. The original delivery fee is only refunded if the mistake was ours.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your rights as a consumer under the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
